At Sai Care Homes we appreciate that as a relative you have a tough decision to make in choosing long term residential or day care, however, it is often the only option to maintain personal safety, security and provide appropriate levels of care. You need to have peace of mind that you can maintain close relations with your loved ones and it is equally as important that our residents feel the same too.
We recognise that relatives and friends are all part of the resident’s rich social network and actively encourage them to visit the homes at any time, without restrictions. We are happy to accommodate relatives at meal times for a small charge. We want relatives to feel as much a part of the home as our residents and we hold regular meetings for both residents and relatives to discuss the general aspects of the care that we provide. We welcome constructive feedback to help us improve the service that we deliver. A regular newsletter helps keep relatives up to date with events in the homes.
From the very beginning of our relationship with a resident, a two way discussion is established, ensuring that the services provided enhance the resident’s quality of life and meet the expectations of both the resident and relatives.
