At meal-times, our residents enjoy freshly cooked cuisine in the elegant main lounge, spacious dining area or charming conservatory. On-site is a newly remodelled garden, which is fully wheelchair-accessible, providing a peaceful and serene space to relax.

Our residents include both privately funded individuals and those supported by local authorities, and we work with families to find tailored solutions that meet their needs and budgets.

Lalitha was appointed Registered Manager at Hatfield Lodge in 2025 and also serves as Sai Care Homes’ Operations Manager.
Since taking on the role, she has played a key part in transforming Hatfield Lodge into a lively and welcoming home where residents enjoy as much independence and autonomy as possible.
Her leadership is focused on creating a warm, supportive environment for both residents and staff, ensuring that everyone feels valued and respected. Lalitha’s commitment to high standards and her passion for person-centred care shine through in everything she does.
Samantha joined our team at Hatfield Lodge in 2025 as deputy manager. Coming from a background in domiciliary care, she brings a wealth of experience and a caring approach to everything she does.
Samantha is known for her kindness and approachable nature, always ready to listen and support both staff and residents. She has a wonderful ability to lift people’s spirits and create a positive atmosphere in the home.
She is dedicated to ensuring that every resident feels valued and well cared for, and she works closely with the team to maintain a warm and welcoming environment for everyone.
