Kanagratnam Rajaseelan, known to many as Seelan, is the founder of Sai Care Homes. Coming from a family lineage of experts in care, and with over twenty years of leadership experience in the care sector, he has built a reputation of unparalleled quality and compassion.
He founded Sai Care Homes in 2016, acquiring three cherished homes from a previous joint venture with a clear vision: to create an innovative, forward-looking organisation that invests first and foremost in its residents. Drawing on his extensive involvement in the hospitality sector, Seelan champions a unique philosophy that blends the highest standards of professional care with the comfort, service, and warmth of first-class hospitality. He takes great pride in ensuring our homes are not just safe and caring, but also truly wonderful places to live.
Seelan is the director & founder of RS Rock Holdings.
As Operations Manager, Lalitha is responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient running of all our homes on a day-to-day basis. Her role is central to maintaining our high standards, overseeing all aspects of operational compliance and performance.
Lalitha serves as the CQC Nominated Individual for each of our care homes - a position that underscores her deep commitment to regulatory excellence and resident safety. She works diligently, both behind the scenes and on the frontline, to support our Home Managers and care teams, ensuring they have the compliant frameworks and operational support needed to deliver exceptional, uninterrupted care to our residents.
As of 2026, Lalitha is also the registered manager at Hatfield Lodge, and is currently helping the home undergo a significant transformation following feedback from the Care Quality Commission.
John is currently the registered manager at Tudor Lodge, commencing his employment in May 2021. He holds a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management
Outside of work, John enjoys spending his time fishing and watching football.
Lesley has worked in the care industry for over twenty-five years and has held the title of Care Home Manager at Whitfield Residential Home since 2018. She
In her free time, Lesley enjoys playing skittles.
Crede leads the marketing and communications for Sai Care Homes, shaping how we connect with our wider community. He manages our entire digital presence, from the company website and social media channels to our website. Crede also creates our print materials, such as newsletters, leaflets & banners, and is an experienced hybrid shooter.
When he's not in Head Office, you can find Crede tinkering with obsolete electronics, or in the West End watching a show with his partner.
As our Accountant, Kavisha is responsible for managing the financial health and integrity of Sai Care Homes. He oversees all financial transactions, including supplier payments and invoicing, ensuring accuracy and efficiency across the organisation. Through this meticulous financial stewardship, Kavisha allows our homes to focus on delivering outstanding care.
As our Human Resources Manager, Maneesha is responsible for the recruitment, development, and support of our dedicated teams across all homes. A key part of her role is to foster a positive and supportive work culture while ensuring all our employment practices are fair and compliant.
In her free time, there's nothing Maneesha loves more than spending time with her children.
